Refund Policy Overview
- No Refunds Policy:
Splingle does not provide any refunds for purchased course packages. Parents are encouraged to review all details before enrolling their child in a course. - Completion of Course Package:
Parents must ensure that the selected pack of sessions is completed within the validity period for the chosen course package. The validity period accounts for any unforeseen cancellations due to teacher leaves, learner unavailability, or other issues. - Class Cancellations and Validity Extensions:
In cases where classes are canceled due to teacher unavailability, public holidays, or technical issues, the course validity period will be extended as applicable.
Class Management Policies
- Batch and Time Changes:
Parents are advised not to request batch or time changes once a learner is enrolled, as it disrupts the learning and teaching experience. In exceptional cases, such requests may be entertained, subject to availability, within a limited number of changes during the course validity period. - Missed Classes:
- If a student is unable to attend a scheduled class, parents must inform Splingle via WhatsApp (+91 9740562689) or email (Info@splingle.com) at least 4 hours in advance.
- Failure to provide prior notice will result in the session being marked as “absent,” and the session will be deducted from the purchased package.
- Rejoining After Long Absences:
- Splingle cannot guarantee the availability of the same batch (in group sessions) or teacher (for group or individual sessions) if a student returns after an extended absence (4 or more consecutive missed classes).
- If the learner is unreachable and misses 4 consecutive classes without intimation, the batch may be dissolved to release the designated teacher’s time slot.
- Splingle will, however, make every effort to accommodate the learner with a suitable teacher or batch within the purchased package.
Student Conduct and Classroom Etiquette
- Punctuality:
- Students must join their classes on time. Late joining disrupts the learning experience for both the facilitator and other students.
- Group sessions (1:5 or 1:2) are 50-55 minutes long, and individual sessions are 40-45 minutes long. Classes cannot be extended beyond the scheduled time.
- Preparedness:
- Students should log in 5 minutes before the session starts and keep their cameras on throughout the session.
- Study spaces should be distraction-free, and students should have all necessary materials ready, such as notebooks, art supplies, musical instruments, or assignments from previous sessions.
- Classroom Behavior:
- Students must mute their microphones unless it’s their turn to speak and use the “raise hand” function when they wish to participate.
- Disruptive behavior, such as using phones, eating, or playing with toys, is not permitted during sessions.
